Service Description

All skill levels are welcome! Come join us if you are looking for a new sport to try or are a field hockey veteran wanting to get back out there and run around with a stick! This is a CO-ED activity. AGES: 17 + years old DATES: Every Monday September 16 - Nov 2, 2026 No Session on October 12. October 26 and November 2nd are INDOOR sessions at Spring Creek gym! WHAT'S INCLUDED: - Coaching - Drills and games - Fun! - Tournaments registration fees - Friendly games and events with other clubs from the Sea to Sky - Social events -Pair of WFHC socks WHAT TO EXPECT: We typically start with warm up, drills and skills, scrimmage and cool down. WHAT TO BRING: - Field hockey stick (If you don't have one, we have loads we can lend you). - Shin guards (we also have a few available for use) and mouth guard mandatory.
