Service Description

Are you registering for May 12th? You can put the drop in value towards the full season membership! This session is for players who want to join in only for one session. AGES: 17 + years old No previous experience is required. However, if you're a beginner or novice, let us know and we will organize skill sessions for you! WHAT'S INCLUDED: - Coaching - Drills and games - Fun! WHAT TO EXPECT: We typically start with warm up, drills and skills, scrimmage and cool down. Sometimes we stay after practice for a social! WHAT TO BRING: - Field hockey stick (If you don't have one, we have loads available!). - Shin guards (also have a few spare ones) and mouth guard mandatory. LOCATION: AVJ Field, Cheakamus Crossing
