Service Description

AGES: 17 + years old DATES: Every Monday June-July-August-September NO SESSION on Canada Day (July 3rd), B.C. Day (August 7th) and Labor Day (September 4th). WHAT'S INCLUDED: -coaching -drills and games -fun! WHAT TO EXPECT: We typically start with warm up drills, work on skills and then scrimmage and cool down. WHAT TO BRING: -Field hockey stick (If you don't have one let us know, we have a few we can lend). -Shin guards and mouth guard mandatory. All skill levels are welcome! Come join us if you are looking for a new sport to try or are a field hockey veteran wanting to get back out there and run around with a stick!
